Brooklyn Center Impresses in Tournament Opener
The Brooklyn Center boys basketball team is in the state tournament for the first time in 35 years.
The Centaurs were impressive in their opening game in the class AA tournament, beating Breckenridge 63-48.
Lu’cye Patterson had 17 points in the first half and 25 in the game to lead the Centaurs.
They face Caledonia in the semifinals Friday night.
