Brooklyn Center Football Falls to Columbia Heights 20-12
The Brooklyn Center football team fell to 3-3 on the season with a 20-12 loss at Columbia Heights.
The Centaurs scored on their first drive of the game when freshman quarterback Larry Smith Jr. connected on a 20-yard strike to senior wideout Seveyon Gibbs.
After the Hylanders tied the game back up, Brooklyn Center answered back with a three-yard touchdown run in the second quarter from Alpha Meaway.
Columbia Heights scored 14 unanswered points to close out the game.
