Brooklyn Center Football Emphasizing Run Game in 2025
After a 3-6 season in 2024, the Brooklyn Center football team is optimistic about improving this fall.
Larry Smith Jr. is returning as the starting quarterback for the Centaurs. He’ll be a key piece in the Brooklyn Center offense that’s emphasizing their run game to, in turn, open up the passing game.
Alpha Meaway and Gavin Thomas will lead the backfield and defensively the Centaurs are strong up front on their defensive line led by junior defensive tackle Anthony Benson.
Brooklyn Center will kick off their season at home Thursday against Minneapolis South.
