Breck Girls Hockey Wins in Overtime vs. Chaska/Chanhassen
The Breck girls hockey team won an overtime thriller over Chaska/Chanhassen, scoring the game-winning goal with just 15 seconds left in the game.
The Mustangs got up 1-0 early in the game with Mackenna Schlieman scoring just 49 seconds into the game.
After Chaska/Chanhassen tied the game up, Annie Moos responded with a goal in the second period.
Avery Moe’s powerplay goal for Chaska/Chanhassen tied the game up once more, but Schlieman netted the game-winner in a scrum to give the Mustangs the win and advance to 19-1-1 on the season.
