Breck Girls Hockey Takes Down Orono in Section 5A Clash
The Breck girls hockey team defeated Orono 5-2 in a matchup of two of the top teams in Section 5A.
The Mustangs got off to a hot start scoring two goals in the first period from Kynlee Hitzman and Ashley Babbitt.
Breck tacked on two more goals in the second period when Aleah La Fleur netted a power play goal and Taylor Hall scored in tight.
Stella Strothman added on a goal in the third period for the Mustangs.
Breck is ranked second in the state in Class A and is now 13-1-1 on the season.
