Breck Girls Hockey Set for Section Final
The Breck girls hockey team is set to play in a section final.
The Mustangs meet Orono in the Section 5A championship game Wednesday in St. Louis Park.
Breck is the defending section champion, and they won the state class A title last season, too.
Breck rolled past Minneapolis 9-1 in the semifinals, breaking open a 1-1 game with five goals in the second period.
The Mustangs defeated Orono 11-2 in December but expect a tougher test Wednesday.
