Breck Girls Hockey Loses to Mound-Westonka/Southwest Christian
The Breck girls hockey team lost to Mound Westonka/Southwest Christian 3-1 on Friday at Breck Anderson Arena.
The loss to the White Hawks marks just the second loss on the season for Breck.
The Mustangs won seven games in a row to start the year before falling to Northern Tier and now Mound Westonka/SWC.
The White Hawks scored the first three goals of the game with Georgia Harmer scoring in the first period and Gisella Harder and Camryn Hargreaves scoring in the second period.
Breck was able to get on the board in the third period off a goal from 8th-grader Mackenna Schlieman.
Breck is now 7-2 on the season and plays at Chisago Lakes on Tuesday.
