Breck Football Opens Season at TCO Stadium, Falls to St. Anthony
The Breck football team lost their season opener at TCO Stadium in a “Zero Week” matchup against St. Anthony, 39-7.
After giving up the first score of the game, the Mustangs took a 7-6 lead after a 35-yard receiving touchdown from Muuath Muhammad.
The Huskies then scored 33 unanswered points to earn the first win of the MSHSL football season.
Breck’s quarterback Benjie Sullivan went 10-for-26 with 227 yards, 1 TD, 3 INT’s.
Muhammad had three catches for 71 yards and the lone Mustangs score. C.J. Roberts also had three catches for 72 yards.
