Breck Boys Hockey Loses in Section Final
The Breck boys hockey team lost 5-1 to Delano Wednesday in the Section 2A final.
The Mustangs scored first on a goal from Josh Hanson ten minutes into the game and led 1-0 after one period.
The Tigers answered with three goals in the second period scored by Tyler Selstad, Gunnar Paulson and Trevor Oja.
Delano added two more goals in the third period to earn the fourth trip to the state tournament in school history.
Breck finishes the season with a 15-6-0 record.
