Breck Boys Hockey Falls to Rival Blake
The Breck boys hockey team lost 6-3 to rival Blake Saturday.
The Bears scored twice late in the first period to take a 2-0 lead after one.
After Breck pulled within 2-1, Blake scored the next four goals to build a commanding 6-1 lead.
Breck got two late goals in the third.
Grant Matushak had two goals for Blake, with Joe Erickson registering a goal and three assists for the Bears.
Breck dropped to 2-7 with the loss. Blake is 8-4.
