Benilde-St. Margaret’s Girls Soccer Loses to Blake
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s girls soccer team lost to Blake in the Section 5A final.
The Bears’ Cate Moe scored on a free kick with less than 20 seconds left in regulation to give Blake a 2-1 win.
The teams had traded goals in the first half and it looked like overtime was coming until Moe’s winner.
Blake is into the class A tournament for the second time in three seasons.
