Benilde-St. Margaret’s Girls Hockey Set for Postseason
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s girls hockey team is hoping to shine in the Section 6AA tournament.
The Red Knights are the third seed behind Blake and Edina for the tournament.
They lost twice to Blake and once to Edina in the regular season, but they were all close games.
BSM posted a 16-7-2 record in the regular season against a rugged schedule.
They open section play with a quarterfinal game Saturday against sixth seed Hopkins/Park.
The winner of that game meets Edina in the semifinals Wednesday at Parade Ice Garden.
