Benilde-St. Margaret’s Girls Hockey Blanks Armstrong/Cooper, Advances To 6AA Final
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s girls hockey team shut out Armstrong/Cooper 8-0 to advance to the Section 6AA final on Friday.
The Red Knights (21-3-2) outshot the Wings 25-1 in the first period and six different players scored goals, led by Lizzy Hamel (4 points) and Kendall Hassler, who both scored twice. Ella Pasqua tallied three assists on the night.
The Red Knights advance on to take on Edina in the Section 6AA final on Friday at Parade Ice Garden.
Armstrong/Cooper finishes their season with a 10-15-2 record.
