Benilde-St. Margaret’s Boys Hockey Excited to Start 2024-25 Season
Coming off a 21-5-1 record last winter, the Benilde-St. Margaret’s boys hockey team is optimistic about putting together another solid season in 2024-25.
The Red Knights return a handful of players from last year, led by captains and senior forwards Junior Podein, AJ Ulrich, and Cam Kirschner.
Newcomer Christopher Dean started in goal for the Red Knights in their season opener against Gentry Academy and earned a 2-0 shutout win.
B-SM’s Ken Pauly will coach the Red Knights for his 33rd season and is ninth all-time in career wins in MSHSL boys hockey history.
The Red Knights will need to get by both Edina and Wayzata in Section 6AA to advance to the state tournament.
