Benilde-St. Margaret’s Boys Hockey Crushes Hopkins in Section Opener
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s boys hockey team scored early and often, crushing Hopkins 10-0 in the Section 6AA quarterfinals.
The Red Knights scored on their first shot on goal to set the tone for the game.
BSM scored four times in the first period and four more in the second on the way to the win.
Brendan McMorrow had two goals and three assists to lead the Red Knights.
Benilde meets Blake in the section semifinals Saturday afternoon at 3:00 at Bloomington Ice Garden.
