Benilde-St. Margaret’s Baseball Wins Walk-Off Thriller Over St. Thomas Academy
Jack Anderson delivered a walk-off two-run single to right field to complete a comeback win for Benilde-St. Margaret’s baseball over St. Thomas Academy.
The Red Knights were down 5-2 heading into the seventh inning. Both Caleb Koskie and Ford Stoen got on base with singles, then Charlie Gearen hit an RBI single up the middle to pull B-SM within one run.
Anderson was the next at-bat and sent the Red Knights to the Class AAA state semifinals, winning the game 6-5.
B-SM will take on Totino-Grace in the semifinals Friday afternoon.
