Benilde-St. Margaret’s Baseball Eyes Another Section Title
It’s been a great start to the season for another strong Benilde-St. Margaret’s baseball team.
The Red Knights enter play this week 12-1 with their lone loss coming Saturday to unbeaten Mankato West.
BSM is aiming for a third straight trip to the state Class AAA tournament.
Seven starters are back from last year’s team and the Red Knights have used the combination of timely hitting and strong pitching to carry them to near the top of the state rankings.
BSM, 6-0 in the Metro West Conference, plays three conference games this week.
