Benilde Girls Soccer Wins State Opener
The Benilde girls soccer team won its state tournament opener.
The Red Knights beat Rochester Lourdes 3-0 in the Class A quarterfinals Wednesday.
Elizabeth Dietzen, Amanda Cassidy, and Danielle Gonyea scored for BSM.
The Red Knights now face Orono in the semifinals Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. at U.S. Bank Stadium.
