BSM Football Falls 37-19 to Delano
The Benilde-St. Margaret’s football team fell to 2-5 on the season with a 37-19 loss to Delano Friday.
The Tigers built a 24-0 lead before the Red Knights scored in the final seconds of the first half.
There was no scoring in the third quarter with each team scoring two touchdowns in the fourth quarter.
Bryce Peterson threw for 354 yards and four touchdowns for Delano while BSM’s Nirvaan Yogaraja threw and ran for a touchdown.
The Red Knights finish the regular season Wednesday with a game at Mound-Westonka.
