Armstrong Summer Training Getting Started
Summer training sessions for some Armstrong teams are getting started this week.
The Minnesota State High School League allowed small group workouts to begin Monday in the latest phase of COVID-19 re-opening.
Armstrong activities director Patti Weldon discussed what some of the procedures are.
Construction at Armstrong also will impact any possible indoor sessions.
For now, Armstrong athletes will be working outside only at least until after the no-contact blackout period in early July.
