Armstrong Girls Swimming Recognizes First-Ever Section Championship
The Robbinsdale Armstrong girls swimming and diving team recognized their program’s first-ever section champion winning team before their meet against Blaine on Thursday.
Head Coach Marina Rybom and Activities Director Larry Tate spoke beforehand on the accomplishments made by the 2022 Falcon team that claimed the Section 6AA title last fall.
The Falcons edged the Bengals, winning 93-92.
Armstrong got a big win from Lucia Freed in the 200-yard IM, the sophomore won the race by three tenths of a second.
