Armstrong/Cooper Girls Soccer Blanks Kennedy
Abby Hanson scored two goals and added an assist as the Armstrong/Cooper girls’ soccer team shut out Bloomington Kennedy 3-0 Monday.
Hanson broke a scoreless tie with a goal in the match’s 23rd minute. She assisted on Lillia Warren’s first goal of the season later in the first half.
The junior forward then netted the only goal of the second half, her eighth of the season.
The Wings (4-2-1) are off until next Monday when they play at Holy Angels.
