Armstrong Boys Lacrosse Rallies Past Elk River/Zimmerman
The Armstrong boys’ lacrosse team rallied from a 4-2 deficit to defeat Elk River/Zimmerman 8-6 Wednesday night.
The Falcons scored the first two goals of the game before the Elks scored the next four.
Armstrong then tallied four straight goals, spanning the second and third quarters, to take the lead for good.
With the win Armstrong is now 10-1 overall and 8-1 in Northwest Suburban conference games.
The Falcons trail conference leader Maple Grove by one-half game in the standings.
