Armstrong Boys Basketball Rallies to Beat Rogers
The Armstrong boys’ basketball team rallied from a seven-point halftime deficit to beat Rogers 61-56, outscoring the Royals 38-26 in the second half.
Seth Newbern led Armstrong (4-6) in scoring with 24 points. Charles Duncan and Eli Kuempel each scored 10 for the Falcons.
Jaxon Fuller was Rogers’ top scorer with 15 points while Treyvon Mix added 14 and Colton Kazmierkoski 12.
It was just the second loss of the season for the Royals (9-2). Both teams are off now until Wednesday.
