Armstrong Boys Basketball Beats Centennial
The Armstrong boys basketball team pulled away to beat Centennial 93-76 Thursday at Armstrong.
Centennial closed the first half strong to pull within 36-33 at halftime.
Armstrong built a lead and stretched it to double figures down the stretch to earn the win.
Javaun Watson had 23 points and 16 rebounds for the Falcons.
Gabe Lundberg added 16 points and DeMareo Allen 14 for Armstrong.
They overcame a 33-point effort from Centennial’s Tristan Hanson.
Armstrong is now 13-10 and 6-6 in Northwest Suburban Conference games.
