2021 CCX Sports Hall of Fame Special

Four athletes who excelled in high school sports in the northwest suburbs will be inducted into the CCX Sports Hall of Fame this weekend.

The new inductees are Grant Besse, Benilde-St. Margaret’s (2013 graduate), Amani Hooker, Park Center (2016), Cayla McMorris, Park Center (2014) and Derek Schreiner, Wayzata (2008).

We profile each of the four on our CCX Sports Hall of Fame Special that airs this weekend on CCX1 and ccxmedia.org.

The Hall of Fame, started in 2004, now includes 76 former athletes and coaches, recognizing them for their accomplishments in high school, and often post-high school, athletics.
