Education: U Of MN-School of Management & Robbinsdale H.S.
Occupation: Corporate tax professional for 39 years
Years lived in city/district: 12 years New Hope & 30 years Crystal
Community involvement: Current member West Metro Fire Rescue District Relief Board-Trustee. Past member ISD #281 Strategic Planning, Divestiture and Systems Accountability committees. Member of CCX Create (Producer, Director, Sound Engineer, Camera Operator, Host and guest).
What do you hope to accomplish in office?
I believe that the New Hope City Council needs stronger financial discipline. With my business education, I bring that perspective to the Council’s decisions that will improve our City for both businesses and residents. Through my community involvement, I’ve learn citizens want more input before decisions are made by New Hope government. By listening to constituents and gathering all relevant input before decisions are made. I support all working sessions being broadcast or video recorded.
