Winter Storm Creates Snow Globe Snow
A storm that started on Monday morning and lasted through most of the day brought snow and wind to the area. If you didn’t have to get out in the snarled traffic, you could enjoy the beauty of the fresh snowfall.
The snow created snow emergencies and parking restrictions in several cities, like Brooklyn Center and Plymouth.
