Wayzata School Board Appoints Jay Hesby to Fill Vacancy
The Wayzata School Board will welcome a familiar face back to the board.
The board appointed Jay Hesby, who will fulfill a seat on the Wayzata School Board left vacant by Seanne Falconer. According to district documents, Falconer submitted her resignation on Sept. 9 due to moving out of the district.
Falconer was serving her first term on the Wayzata School Board. Hesby will assume duties Oct. 28 and serve through Jan. 9, 2023.
Hesby is no stranger to the Wayzata School Board. He previously served on the school board from Jan. 2008 to Dec. 2015.
