Urban Air Adventure Prepares for Spring Break Rush
Urban Air Adventure Park in Plymouth is getting ready for three busy weeks of day camps during spring break. Another attraction at Urban Air is Snapology, which allows kids to test their critical thinking skills using Legos and other building sets.
“What they do is build the robots themselves. We come up with different themes,” explained Kiersten Holman, director.
On the day CCX News visited, students were building a replica of the Star Wars droid R2D2.
“Once they build that we give them a starter code. We just kind of let them fiddle with the code themselves, letting them learn how to do it themselves, make mistakes, which is what we love,” said Holman. “We love mistakes because that’s how we learn.”
Kids are also provided lunch and also get to jump around in the adventure park. Families can choose to have their child there a half-day or a full-day.
