“Uncle Sam” Mows Lawns

Robert Matthews, who works with Chosen One Custom Landscape and Transportation, will mow lawns dressed up as Uncle Sam this week. On-demand mowing company Plowz & Mowz encourages their service providers to dress up in patriotic attire on the job this week.

“I think it’s a sweet little promotion,” said Matthews. “It gives the customers something fun and entertaining for the Fourth of July.”

Plowz and Mowz is an on-demand smartphone app for people in need of outdoor services. They offer snow removal in winter and mowing services during the summer. We did a story on them during the winter.

The providers will dress in patriotic outfits through July 6.
