Three Local Students Named Finalists for Triple A Awards
Three local high school seniors have been named finalists for the Triple A award, recognizing outstanding achievements in academics, the arts and athletics.
To be eligible, students must have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and participate in a Minnesota State High School League-sponsored sport and an arts program.
Students who made the cut include Alyson Marshall from Providence Academy, Gabrielle Wahl from Champlin Park and Andrew Westermeyer from Wayzata.
League officials will announce four statewide Triple A award winners at a banquet in March. Statewide winners receive a scholarship.
