Shake Shack Eyes Maple Grove’s Elm Creek Boulevard
Shake Shack wants to build a stand-alone restaurant between Portillo’s and Red Lobster on Elm Creek Boulevard.
Shake Shack wants to build a 3,500 square foot restaurant near the Shoppes at Arbor Lakes entrance. The building would not have a drive-thru. The restaurant currently has three other Minnesota locations, at the Mall of America, the airport, and Southdale Mall.

The new restaurant is part of the revitalization plan for The Shoppes at Arbor Lakes. This plan also included an streetscape redesign that provided more parking and access to stores on the interior part of the property.
