Senior Living Facility Planned in Brooklyn Park
Dignicare Properties wants to build a 32-unit senior living facility on the northeast corner of 85th and Regent Avenues North. The facility would include 18 assisted living units and 14 memory care units. The Brooklyn Park Economic Development Authority approved a loan of $435, 000 for soil remediation on the property. Construction should begin in July and the company hopes to finish up by June 2020.
