Saint Therese Opens New Corcoran Facility
The demand for senior care is significant in Minnesota. A new facility in the west metro aims to meet those needs.
Saint Therese recently celebrated the grand opening of its new facility in Corcoran.
It’s the culmination of several years of the planning.
The new building also comes after Saint Therese sold its New Hope nursing home location last summer.
The Corcoran facility has nearly 100 independent living units, as well as another 50-plus units for assisted living and memory care.
“One of the realities in the state of Minnesota are the number of people, number of seniors who are aging and are in need of great care and great support and services, so we’re blessed and humbled to be in this marketplace providing independent living, assisted living and memory care for this wonderful community,” said Craig Abbott, president and CEO of Saint Therese.
The former New Hope location was bought out by Compass Healthcare and has been newly-named Woodlake Care Center.
Saint Therese continues to operate a senior living community in Brooklyn Park.
