Saint Therese Offering $2k Youth Scholarships
High school students looking for some extra money for college can now apply for a scholarship offered by a local senior living community.
Applications are now open for the 2025 Saint Therese Youth Volunteer Scholarship.
The nonprofit plans to award three scholarships to juniors or seniors in high school who have completed at least 20 hours of volunteer work enriching the lives of seniors.
Some of the tasks that qualify include household chores, transportation or companionship visits. Each scholarship is worth $2,000.
The application deadline is April 4, 2025. To apply, you can go to the Saint Therese website.
