Robbinsdale to Collect Input on Water Treatment Plant Design
Robbinsdale residents are invited to give feedback on what the city’s future water treatment plant will look like.
The city council approved putting the facility next to the southern portion of Lee Park. That’s in the central part of the city. The $16 million project will replace three plants the city is currently using. The plant will not be going in park land, but rather on city-owned property near the park.
An open house will take place Monday, Jan. 13, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. at Robbinsdale City Hall. The city will take input on design features for the exterior of the future building.
