Robbinsdale Police Pursuit of DWI Suspects Ends With Crash, 5 Hospitalized
Five people were hospitalized this morning after a car chase with police ended with a crash.
Robbinsdale patrol officers spotted a suspected drunk driver speeding around 2 a.m. on Friday.
A chase followed, with officers conducting a PIT maneuver at Memorial Parkway and 34th Avenue.
The car crashed into a tree, leaving the five people in the vehicle hospitalized with injuries that were not life threatening.
Police say they found open alcohol containers and narcotics in the vehicle.
