Robbinsdale police are holding a community meeting about a level three sex offender moving into the city.
The Robbinsdale Police Department sent out an alert to residents about Roy Miller Jr., who has registered to live on the 3700 block of Lake Drive.
Roy Miller Jr. served time for engaging in criminal sexual conduct with an adult female that he knew. State records say he had a relationship with the victim and tried to maintain control through force and threats of violence.
Level three offenders are deemed the most likely to re-offend.
