Rifle Fired Near Brooklyn Park Apartment Complex
Brooklyn Park police are looking for a suspect who they say fired shots outside an apartment complex early Saturday.
Police received several 911 calls just before 12:20 a.m. Saturday from residents hearing gun shots in and around the 5200 block of 82nd Avenue North. Police later learned of a man seen walking around with a rifle by the Kensington Place Apartments, located in the 8300 block of Zane Avenue North.
When officers arrived, then found several spent rifle cartridges in the parking lot of the apartment complex.
Police say no one was injured nor was there any property damage.
As of Monday, no arrests had been reported. Brooklyn Park police say investigators are continuing to work on the case.
