Resurfacing on Highway 55 Means Weekend Detours in Golden Valley
Drivers will have to detour around road work on Highway 55 through Golden Valley this weekend.
A closure between Highway 169 and Highway 100 starts at 10 p.m. Friday and lasts until early Monday.
MnDOT crews will be resurfacing the road, expanding the size of medians and enhancing accessibility at intersections.
The city will also be starting work on a trail between Winnetka and Glenwood Avenues.
