Report: Brooklyn Center Topgolf Property Sold
Brooklyn Center’s newest entertainment venue, Topgolf, has been sold.
The Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal reports that the Phoenix-based investment firm, VEREIT, purchased the Topgolf property for $37.8 million.
The 65,000 square foot facility in Brooklyn Center opened in September.
Topgolf reportedly ranks the Minnesota location as one of its busiest venues in the United States.
Meanwhile, Topgolf would not confirm the sale. Morgan Schaff, a spokesperson, would only say that Topgolf is a private company and cannot provide any additional information.
