ReMax Results Celebrates Grand Reopening in Brooklyn Park
ReMax Results doubled the size of its previous Brooklyn Park office with an expansion that opened this week. Forty agents work out of the newly expanded space on Edinburgh Centre Drive.
“Even though inventory is at an all-time low, we are still closing more transactions,” said ReMax Results CEO Brenda Tushaus. “There’s a lot of closed sales happening before those homes even hit the MLS. We’re seeing a lot of that.”
Tushaus said the current market is similar to what realtors saw in 2018, but with an early start.
“The part that is a little disheartening is the rising interest rates, coupled with the rising home values that are pushing some people, like first time home buyers, completely out right now,” said Tushaus. “It’s so difficult to see right now.”
