Puppies and Pilates Make Cute Combination at New Hope Life Time
Trainers at New Hope Life Time’s new Pilates studio brought puppies to class in order to generate a few smiles.
“Pilates can be serious sometimes so this brings a fun element to it,” said Abby Thayer, personal training manager.
The class was so popular that Life Time added a wait list and a future class.
Crews completed renovations at the New Hope Life Time a month ago.
