Plymouth’s Willow Creek Theater to Show Super Bowl on Big Screen
If you’re still trying to figure out your Super Bowl Sunday plans, a Plymouth movie theater is inviting people to watch the big game on one of its big screens.
Emagine Willow Creek in Plymouth will let people watch Super Bowl LIV free of charge in a 100-seat auditorium. This is the first time Willow Creek has done such a promotion for the big game.
Doors will open Sunday at 4:30 p.m., which is approximately one hour before kickoff. Seating is on a first-come, first-serve basis, so managers recommend arriving early.
Company officials say this is just another example of the evolution of movie theaters.
“Doing things like this is just a way to help the industry move forward, and be able to provide for our guests some of the different things that they’ve come to expect from a movie theater,” said Justin Miguel, general manager of Emagine Willow Creek.
The theater will also have food and drink specials available for fans, such as chicken tenders with fries and a beer for $16.
