Plymouth Police Add New K-9
A new four-legged officer has joined up with Plymouth police. Reign, a 2-and-a-half-year-old German shepherd, is the newest member of the department.
Plymouth police say Reign has a very good demeanor, loves walks and playing ball. The K-9 and his partner started their training class last week and will continue to train together over the next few months before they begin their patrol work.
Reign will help Plymouth police after the department lost two K-9s last year, one in early January and another in November. Both dogs had fallen ill and had to be put down.
