Plymouth City Council Member Featured on National Game Show
A member of the Plymouth City Council was thrust into the national spotlight over the weekend.
Plymouth City Council Member Clark Gregor was a contestant on the Sept. 6 episode of National Public Radio’s popular quiz show, “Wait Wait…Don’t Tell Me!“
Gregor was a featured on the show’s “Bluff the Listener Game” where he listened to three stories about a Good Samaritan in the news, only one of which was true. It was Gregor’s task to guess which story was correct.
Spoiler alert: he guessed the right answer.

Clark Gregor is an at-large member of the Plymouth City Council. His term expires on Jan. 4, 2027.
“It was a fun experience,” Gregor said. “It was an opportunity to just share a little bit about our city, and I was really pleased to hear how loud the audience cheered when they heard ‘Plymouth, Minnesota.'”
For correctly guessing the right story, Gregor won the right to have one of the show’s panelists record a voicemail greeting.
In case you missed the episode over the weekend, folks can listen to it its entirety online. Gregor’s appearance begins at the 11:50 mark.
