Plans Change to Accommodate JunoPacific’s Move to Brooklyn Park
Medical device company JunoPacific plans to move to Brooklyn Park from Anoka, pending approval of plans for three new buildings to go up southwest of Highways 610 and 169.
Under the new plans, a developer would build three buildings instead of the five previously proposed to accommodate the med-tech company. Two of those buildings would be significantly larger than the earlier proposal, though the amount of overall building space would remain roughly the same.
The Brooklyn Park Planning Commission will review the revised plans on Wednesday. JunoPacific plans to open by the end of 2022, bringing with it 350 employees. Eventually, the med-tech firm expects to employ more than 600 at the Brooklyn Park location.
