Paris Baguette Bakery Opens in Maple Grove
Fans of freshly baked pastries and bread now have a new place where they can go in Maple Grove.
City officials and members of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce welcomed Paris Baguette to Maple Grove Thursday morning.
The bakery, with locations across the United States and Canada, is the first in Minnesota.

City officials and members of the I-94 West Chamber of Commerce gathered at Paris Baguette for a ribbon cutting ceremony. The bakery is located at 7855 Elm Creek Boulevard in Maple Grove.
Paris Baguette sells items like pastries, cakes, and bread that are baked on site every day. The franchise owner, Brian Yi, lived in Maple Grove as a child and thought the city would be a great fit.
“People, they tell me they love the pastries,” Yi said. “We have a lot of customers. I’m very grateful for that too, and a lot of love from the community as well.”
Paris Baguette is hosting a grand opening celebration this weekend, complete with face painting, music and a cake raffle.

Pastries, such as these strawberry lemon cream croissants, are baked fresh on site every day.
