Ostaffe, McCullough Elected to Maple Grove City Council
Voters in Maple Grove elected two people to the city council out of a large field of eight candidates on Tuesday.
Mike Ostaffe and Jon McCullough received the most votes with 23 percent and 20 percent respectively.
The vote totals are as follows:
- Mike Ostaffe 13,423
- James Robbins 6,012
- Jon McCullough 11,692
- Samba Fall 9,258
- Brandy Logan 5,976
- Brad Ganzer 9,100
- Joshua Provo 1,908
- Clarke Macbeth 1,790
Ostaffe has experience serving on the Maple Grove Planning Commission and has also served on the Osseo Area School Board.
McCullough is a longtime Roseville public school employee who volunteers with National Night Out and Maple Grove Days.
They will replace council members Judy Hanson and Kristy Barnett. Each did not run for re-election. Both have served on the council since 2017, a total of two terms.
